[摘要] 目的 观察天台乌药散加减治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。 方法 选择60例女性压力性尿失禁患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，观察组采用口服天台乌药散加减治疗及盆底肌训练，对照组采用盆底肌训练，比较两组治疗效果。 结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者72 h尿失禁次数、日常生活的影响程度、肝郁肾虚症状改善显著优于治疗前，且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗依从性较高，未见明显不良反应。 结论 天台乌药散加减治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效显著，未见明显不良反应。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Tiantai Wuyao decoction addition and subtractionon the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
