[摘要] 目的 探讨临床心理护理对妊娠期合并乳腺癌患者护理的效果。 方法 选取本院2012年1月～2016年12月间妊娠期合并乳腺癌手术患者共80例作为研究对象，参照随机数字表法将患者分为常规组和研究组。常规组患者在术后康复中采取常规护理，研究组患者在术后康复中采取心理护理干预，观察两组护理效果。 结果 研究组的负面情绪评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组临床护理满意度为90%，高于对照组的50%(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分为(55.3±5.1)分，高于常规组的(42.8±6.4)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 临床中对于妊娠期合并乳腺癌患者术后的心理护理是可行的，可减少患者的负面情绪，且能够提高临床护理满意度和生活质量，值得在临床中应用。
