[摘要]目的 综合分析心率减速力及连续心率减速力对高原性心脏病心脏性猝死的预警价值分析及对患者预后质量的影响。方法 选取于2014年11月～2016年11月在我院收治的91例高原性心脏病患者的一般资料作为实验组，再选取同期我院90例健康体检者的一般资料作为对照组。采用统计学分析两组研究对象的心率减速力值和低风险、中风险和高风险心率减速能力。 结果 实验组心率减速力值2、心率减速力值8、心率减速力值4显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，实验组低风险心率减速能力显著低于对照组，中风险和高风险心率减速能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 心率减速力及连续心率减速力对高原性心脏病患者有着预警价值。
