[摘要] 目的 探討彩色多普勒超声在子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断和治疗中的应用。 方法 选择2016年1月～2017年1月在我院进行治疗的50例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者为观察对象，为所有患者进行彩色多普勒超声诊断，并且和手术诊断结果进行对比。之后对比患者在治疗前后的β-HCG(血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素)及RI(阻力指数)。 结果 患者通过彩色多普勒超声的诊断符合例数为49例，诊断符合率为98%，和手术之前的病理结果及诊断标准相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；患者在通过治疗之后的β-HCG具有明显的降低，RI具有明显的提高，和治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 彩色多普勒超声在子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中具有较高的准确率，能够给出高精准的定位和定性诊断，在临床疗效评定及治疗过程中具有重要的应用价值。
