[摘要] 目的 探讨强化院前急救志愿者培训对全面保证社会公共安全前景的效果。 方法 选取院前急救志愿者324例，对志愿者进行院前急救强化培训，比较培训前后志愿者院前急救知识知晓情况。 结果 培训后志愿者判断与呼救、打开气道、消除异物、人工呼吸、创伤急救和心脏按压等方面知识的知晓率显著优于培训前(P<0.05)；培训后志愿者参与院前急救的意识显著高于培训前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 强化院前急救志愿者培训，有利于提高院前急救质量，对于全面保证社会公共安全有重要意义。
