[摘要] 对1例口服苯妥英钠后出现复视伴视力下降患者的临床资料、诊断及治疗结合相关文献进行回顾性分析，并探讨国家级名老中医吕海江教授中医药治疗本病的辨治要点，以提高中医临床医生对该病的认识。
