[摘要] 近年来随着对微创外科学的不断研究，单操作孔胸腔镜技术也逐渐发展成熟，并被广泛应用于各种胸外科疾病的治疗中。本文通过概述单操作孔胸腔镜技术治疗自发性气胸、纵隔肿瘤、肺癌等常见胸外科疾病的适应证、手术方式、初步经验，进而分析该术式的进化过程及其优势与不足，并展望其发展前景。
