总之，系统性康复干预在关节腔内药物注射治疗膝关节OA中的应用的效果均较肯定，能更有效缓解其临床症状，降低膝关节的疼痛程度，提高患者膝关节功能，且远期效果亦较佳。但本研究的病例数偏少，且观察时间偏短，必要时增加病例数，延长观察时间进行深入研究探讨。
