[摘要] 经自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery，NOTES)概念从正式提出到现在已经过去了12年，经过这十几年的发展，该技术已经从单纯概念到了临床应用阶段。本文就国内外经自然腔道内镜手术的动物研究历史、临床应用历史、现阶段该技术面临的主要问题以及NOTES将来的发展进行简单的概括。
