[摘要] 目的 探讨消痹止痛散联合甲钴胺在治疗老年腰椎管狭窄上的临床应用。 方法 将90例在我院门诊进行治疗的老年腰椎管狭窄患者作为研究对象，按就诊先后顺序将其分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=43)。对照组行甲钴胺骶管注射治疗，观察组则在上述基础上联合消痹止痛散进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 观察组的总有效率为87.23%，明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组在治疗后2周、治疗后4周及治疗后3个月的VAS评分、ODI评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在治疗老年腰椎管狭窄上，消痹止痛散联合甲钴胺能够有效缓解和改善其疼痛程度及临床症状，使其临床疗效得到显著提升，值得在临床上积极推广。
