[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染的治疗方法与疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2016年12月间收治的13例妊娠中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染患者的治疗方法。 结果 保守治疗成功5例，输尿管留置双J管引流6例，输尿管镜碎石术2例，上述孕妇均顺利度过围生期。 结论 输尿管留置双J管引流或联合输尿管镜碎石术是治疗妊娠中期输尿管结石合并上尿路感染的有效方法。
