[摘要] 钙卫蛋白(calprotectin)是一种具有抗炎、抗微生物、抗增殖、参与细胞信号传递等多种生物学功能，能与钙结合的不均一的复合蛋白质，且其稳定性高，不受环境、温度影响，在肠道发生炎症的情况下含量升高，也可评价肠道炎症的活动性，可客观评价炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease，IBD)疾病活动性、临床治疗效果及预测疾病复发有价值的亚临床标志物。本文就钙卫蛋白与IBD的研究进展进行综述。
