[摘要] 中性粒细胞CD64指数作为新的诊断细菌感染的生物标志物，具有较高的灵敏度和特异度，要优于白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原等传统指标。中性粒细胞CD64指数还能用于血液肿瘤、手术、烧伤患者继发感染的诊断，能鉴别自身免疫性疾病活动期和继发感染。中性粒细胞CD64指数的上升水平与脓毒血症的严重程度相关。
