[摘要] Claudin-8是紧密连接蛋白家族claudins的重要成员之一，在构建细胞紧密连接(tight junctions，TJs)、维持细胞屏障功能和参与细胞间分子传递等方面发挥作用。Claudin-8的表达失调导致紧密连接破坏，屏障功能和分子传递功能受损，在多种组织和细胞中有致病作用，尤其和生殖系统和消化系统疾病、上皮源性恶性肿瘤等疾病的关系显著。本文就Claudin-8的研究进行综述。
