中药汤剂治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效Meta分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 评价中药汤剂对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的治疗效果。 方法 检索Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNK)、VIP、CBM及萬方数据库。筛选出符合要求的糖尿病胃轻瘫中药汤剂治疗的随机对照研究，采集相关数据并在STATA软件中进行分析。 结果 总共纳入24个随机研究，涉及2 166例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者。合并分析显示：中药汤剂的治疗能显著减少糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的胃排空时间[SMD=1.09，95%CI(0.79，1.38)，P<0.01]，降低中医证候积分[SMD=0.25，95%CI(0.04，0.46)，P=0.020]，提高治疗有效率[RR=1.28，95%CI(1.23，1.33)，P<0.01]，增加治愈率[RR=2.22，95%CI(1.87，2.63)，P<0.01]。 结论 中药汤剂能够有效地促进糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的胃排空能力、降低中医证候积分、提高治疗的有效率，值得在临床推广。

Meta-analysis of decoction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Methods Pubmed， Web of Science， Embase， Cochrane Library， CNKI， VIP， CBM and Wanfang Database were searched. A randomized controlled study of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis that met the requirements was selected. The relevant data were collected and analyzed in STATA software. Results A total of 24 randomized studies were included， which involved 2，166 patients with diabetic gastroparesis. The combined analysis showed that： the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction could significantly reduce the gastric emptying time in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis [SMD=1.09， 95% CI (0.79， 1.38)， P<0.01]； reduce TCM syndrome scores (SMD=0.25， 95% CI (0.04， 0.46)， P=0.020)； improve treatment efficiency [RR=1.28， 95% CI (1.23， 1.33)， P<0.01]； increase the cure rate [RR=2.22， 95% CI (1.87， 2.63)， P<0.01]. Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine decoction can effectively promote the gastric emptying capacity of diabetic gastroparesis patients， reduce the score of TCM syndromes， and improve the efficiency of treatment， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis，DGP)是糖尿病常见的并发症中的一种，能不同程度地损伤患者的生理、心理和社会机能，增加糖尿病患者的临床病死率[1]，成为我国乃至当今世界性的健康问题。中医认为糖尿病胃轻瘫属于“痞满”范畴，脾胃升降失职是为本病的主要原因[2，3]。治疗原则是健脾益胃为本、兼以补虚泻实、行气利湿、化痰、消食、活血等，促使脾之升清、胃之降浊之功，达到标本兼治之效[4-6]。但目前国内外糖尿病胃轻瘫中药方剂的种类分散、经验为主、自成体系[7]。本研究将在大量文献检索的基础上，运用Meta分析的方法，以明确中药汤剂治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。, 百拇医药(赵啸 朱生樑 方盛泉)
