[摘要] 目的 探讨采用经双侧额下入路与经额外侧入路显微手术治疗大型嗅沟脑膜瘤的临床效果。 方法 随机将60例大型嗅沟脑膜瘤患者分为两组，分别行经双侧额下入路显微镜手术和经额外侧入路显微镜手术，比较两组效果。结果 观察组的视觉改变和嗅觉改变率高于对照组(P<0.05)，但是两组的精神改变比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组的肿瘤全切率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 临床上给予大型嗅沟脑膜瘤患者经额外侧手术治疗效果显著。
