[摘要] 目的 探讨口服布洛芬对早产儿动脉导管未闭治疗效果观察。 方法 从本院2016年12月～2017年12月收治的早产儿动脉导管未闭患者中随机选择39例进行研究，随机分为对照组(20例)和观察组(19例)，分别给予常规消炎痛治疗和口服布洛芬治疗。观察记录两组的动脉导管闭合情况以及治疗副作用发生情况，并进行比较。结果 在动脉导管闭合情况方面，观察组闭合率为84.21%(16/19)，对照组的闭合率为85.00%(17/20)，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗副作用发生率方面，观察组为26.32%(3/19)，对照组为50.00%(10/20)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 较常规消炎痛治疗，采用口服布洛芬方式对早产儿动脉导管未闭进行治疗可以获得基本相当的治疗效果，且可以显著减少各种副作用，效果显著。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of oral ibuprofen on patent ductus arteriosus in premature infants. Methods A total of 39 patients with premature patent ductus arteriosus who were admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (19 cases).
