[摘要] 目的 探讨整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。 方法 选取2016年1月～2017年12月于我院就诊符合标准的患者63例随机分为两组，治疗组(n=33)采用整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗，对照组(n=30)采用间歇牵引治疗，对患者治疗前后的症状、体征及影像检查进行积分评价，通过疗效评价指数确定疗效。 结果 治疗组中痊愈28例，好转5例，总有效率100.00%，对照组中痊愈10例，好转11例，无效9例，总有效率70.00%，整脊手法结合传统推拿疗效明显优于对照组。 结论 整脊手法结合传统推拿治疗寰枢关节半脱位疗效显著。
