温针灸、理疗联合治疗肩周炎的疗效观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 评估温针灸联合理疗治疗肩周炎的疗效。 方法 选取2016年7月～2017年4月收治的宫颈癌患者140例作为研究对象，所有患者采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组70例，两组均予以西医常规治疗，其中对照组采取温针灸，观察组同时联合理疗进行治疗，评价两组的临床疗效、治疗后的肩关节功能及疼痛程度。 结果 治疗后，观察组患者的肩关节功能评分明显高于治疗前及对照组，肩部疼痛评分明显低于治疗前及对照组，差异存在显著性(P<0.05)，观察组和对照组患者治疗后的总有效率分别为95.7%、70.0%，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组。 结论 温针灸、理疗联合治疗肩周炎可以显著提高临床疗效，减轻疼痛，改善患者的肩关节功能，值得临床推广和应用。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods A total of 140 patients with cervical cancer who were admitted from July 2016 to April 2017 were selected as study subjects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method， with 70 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment by Western medicine. The control group was given warm acupuncture， and the observation group was given combined physiotherapy at the same time. After treatment， the clinical efficacy， the shoulder function after treatment and the degree of pain were evaluated between the two groups. Results After treatment， the shoulder function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group. The shoulder pain score was significantly lower than that before treatment and in the control group， and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group after treatment was 95.7% and 70.0%， respectively. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder can significantly improve clinical efficacy， relieve pain and improve shoulder function of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

肩周炎是由肩關节周围软组织病变引发的一种肩关节疼痛与活动功能障碍[1]，发病初期，主要表现为轻度肩痛，呈现进行性加重，严重的患者稍微碰触就会产生剧烈疼痛，无法忍受，特别是在夜间， 疼痛症状更加明显，肩关节活动明显受限。肩周炎病程长，康复慢，给患者日常工作带来很多不便。中医认为肩周炎属于痛痹，多由风、寒侵犯人体，气血运行不畅导致[2]。常规应用西医治疗，可以缓解临床症状，改善肩关节功能，但疗程较长，近年来中医治疗肩周炎取得了较好的疗效，例如针灸、理疗等。2016年7月～2017年4月，我院应用温针灸、理疗联合治疗肩周炎70例，取得了较好的效果，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(王冬梅)
