五子衍宗胶囊加维生素E对精索静脉曲张伴慢性前列腺炎患者术后精子质量的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 觀察五子衍宗胶囊联合维生素E对精索静脉曲张伴Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎患者采用显微镜精索静脉低位结扎术后精子质量的改善情况。 方法 选取2015年6月～2017年8月在我科就诊的精索静脉曲张合并Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎伴少弱精子症并实施了显微镜精索静脉低位结扎术的患者105例。遵从患者意愿非随机分为两组，分别为显微镜下精索静脉低位结扎术联合五子衍宗胶囊及维生素E治疗组(试验组)和单纯显微镜下精索静脉低位结扎术组(对照组)，其中试验组55例，对照组50例，药物治疗6个月。观察治疗前后精液质量的变化。结果 患者的精液量在手术前和手术后并无明显改变(P>0.05)。精子的浓度、a和b级精子活力以及精子活率改善较术前明显改善，且优于单纯实施显微镜下精索静脉低位结扎术患者，畸形精子较术前明显下降，且畸形精子比率明显低于单纯实施显微镜下精索静脉结低位扎术患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 五子衍宗胶囊联合维生素E及显微镜精索静脉低位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张伴Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎相关少弱精子症具有良好的疗效。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the improvement of sperm quality in patients with varicocele and type Ⅲb chronic prostatitis after low ligation of microscopic spermatic vein with Wuzi Yanzong capsule combined with vitamin E. Methods A total of 105 patients with varicocele and Ⅲb chronic prostatitis with oligospermia who underwent low-grade ligation of the varicocele in our department from June 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled. According to the patient's wishes， they were nonrandomly divided into two groups： microscopic varicocele low ligation combined with Wuzi Yanzong capsule and vitamin E treatment group(experimental group) and simple microscopic varicocele low ligation group (control group). There were 55 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group. And the drug treatment was for 6 months. The changes in semen quality before and after treatment were observed. Results The amount of semen in the patient did not change significantly before and after surgery(P>0.05). The concentration of sperm， the sperm motility of grade a and b， and the improvement of sperm motility were significantly improved compared with those before operation， and were better than those of patients with low ligament vein ligation under microscope. The abnormal sperm was significantly lower than that before surgery， and the abnormal sperm ratio was significantly lower than that of patients with microscopic varicocele low ligation. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Wuzi Yanzong capsule combined with vitamin E and microscopic spermatic vein low ligation has a good effect for the treatment of varicocele with type Ⅲb chronic prostatitis associated oligospermia.
