[摘要] 目的 研究老年过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床及病理特点，并探讨两者之间的相关性。 方法 回顾性分析我院2006年1月～2018年2月期间确诊为紫癜性肾炎并行肾穿刺活检术的27例年龄≥60岁的患者的临床与病理资料情况。 结果 27例患者病程中均有紫癜样皮疹，肾脏表现均有镜下血尿，病理分级以Ⅲ级及以上为主。其中肾功能衰竭、24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿酸、血清胱抑素C、浮肿以及IgE水平与病理分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 老年过敏性紫癜肾炎患者的临床特点与肾脏病理严重程度有相关性，根据其临床表现预测肾脏病理改变在一定程度上是可行的。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of senile henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis and to explore the correlation between the clinical and pathological features. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 27 patients aged 60 years old or older who were diagnosed with henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis and underwent renal biopsy from January 2006 to February 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
