[摘要] 目的 观察益肾通络方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效及对IL-6的影响。 方法 将60例患者随机分为中药组与对照组，两组患者均予西医基础治疗，中药组加用益肾通络方，对照组加用肾衰宁胶囊，治疗12周，治疗前后检测血肌酐(SCr)及IL-6，评价疗效及治疗前后SCr、IL-6、GFR水平的变化。 结果 两组患者治疗后SCr、IL-6均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)，GFR均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);中药组治疗后SCr、IL-6及GFR改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 运用益肾通络方联合西药治疗能够改善肾功能，降低IL-6水平，改善炎症状态，延缓疾病进展。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tongluo recipe combined with western medicine in patients with diabetic nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its effect on IL-6.
