[摘要] 目的 分析按摩结合电刺激对盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗效果。 方法 选取2018年5～8月期间在我院治疗的盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者30例，对患者采取按摩结合电刺激治疗，对比患者治疗前后疼痛程度及盆底表面肌电变化。结果 30例患者治疗后總有效率为96.67%，治疗后腰部疼痛VAS评分较治疗前明显降低，患者治疗后前静息、后静息平均波幅低于治疗前，快速收缩、10 s持续收缩平均波幅均高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 按摩结合电刺激治疗盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征，患者疼痛程度明显减轻，盆底肌协调功能恢复，取得让人满意效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of massage combined with electrical stimulation on pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome. Methods Thirty patients with pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome treated in our hospital were selected from May to August 2018. The patients were treated with massage and electric stimulation to compare the degree of pain before and after treatment and the changes of sarcolemma surface electromyography.
