[摘要] 目的 总结并对比分析老年性腰椎管狭窄症患者应用经皮椎间孔镜与传统手术治疗的临床效果。 方法 选择2016年10月～2018年3月在本院接受治疗的老年性腰椎管狭窄症患者44例，以计算机表法分组。试验组(n=22)选择经皮椎间孔镜治疗，对照组(n=22)进行传统手术治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 试验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间，术后不同时期切口疼痛评分以及ODI评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对老年性腰椎管狭窄症患者应用经皮椎间孔镜治疗，与常规治疗方法相比，具有明显的临床应用效果，可减少患者的手术时间以及住院时间，控制术中出血量，减轻患者术后切口的疼痛，并能够提升生活质量。
