[摘要] 目的 观测院内制剂三黄软膏外敷预防性护理甘露醇快速滴注所致静脉炎的临床疗效和滴注过程中静脉刺激的疼痛情况。 方法 选取2016年1月～2017年4月我院推拿科收治需使用静脉留置针连续输注甘露醇的腰椎间盘突出症或神经根型颈椎病急性期患者90例，随机分为两组：对照组45例，采用常规护理干预;治疗组45例，在对照组基础上加用三黄软膏外敷防护方案。输液4 d后观测两组患者静脉炎发生严重程度和滴注过程中疼痛评分。 结果 本次试验共纳入患者90例。根据静脉炎4级评价标准，治疗组患者静脉炎程度及发生率均优于对照组，疼痛评分治疗组亦有明显优势，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 三黄软膏外敷能有效预防性护理甘露醇所致静脉炎的发生率，并降低局部疼痛程度。
