引入信息化手段在医疗专业志愿者管理中的应用及其安全性探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨引入信息化手段在医疗专业志愿者管理中的应用及其安全性。 方法 选取我院2017年1月～2018年12月参与活动的志愿者280例为研究对象，按照随机性分为两组，对照组只进行常规医疗专业志愿者管理，研究组在常规医疗专业志愿者管理模式的基础上引入信息化手段。观察并记录两组有效率、服务质量评分、满意度。 结果 研究组志愿者引入信息化手段管理后管理效果及安全性效果要明顯优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组志愿者业务水平、服务态度、心理干预、健康宣教等服务质量的各项评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组志愿者对于引入信息化手段的医疗专业志愿者管理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在志愿者管理过程中发现，引入信息化手段在医疗专业志愿者管理中应用更广泛、其安全性更高，应当进一步进行推广应用。

Application of information technology in the management of medical professional volunteers and discussion on its security

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and security of the introduction of information technology in the management of medical professional volunteers. Methods A total of 280 volunteers from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups according to randomness. The control group was only treated with conventional medical professional volunteers management. The study group was introduced with information technology based on the routine medical professional volunteers management model. The efficiency， quality of service score， and satisfaction of two groups were observed and recorded. Results After the introduction of information technology management， the management effect and safety effect of the volunteers in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of service quality including business level， service attitude， psychological intervention and health education in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group's satisfaction with the management of medical professional volunteers who introduced information technology was significantly higher than that of the control group， with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of volunteer management， it is found that the introduction of information technology is more widely used in the management of medical professional volunteers， and its safety is higher.
