[摘要] 冻结肩是一种常见的疾病，包括肩关节周围疼痛和活动受限。因为冻结肩病因不明确，导致我们对冻结肩的定义和诊断存在一定的困惑。随着我们对这种疾病的逐渐的了解，并且已经研究了许多治疗这种疾病的方法，包括非手術治疗和手术治疗。本综述旨在回顾冻结肩的流行病学和分类、病程、发病机制、诊断和治疗方法，以期为临床提供参考。
