全胸腔镜肺叶切除术对早期肺癌患者术中失血量及并发症发生率的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨全胸腔镜肺叶切除術对早期肺癌患者术中失血量及并发症的影响。 方法 选取2017年1月～2018年6月期间我院收治的40例早期肺癌患者为研究对象，并将其随机分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)，其中对照组患者采用常规手术治疗，观察组患者采用全胸腔镜肺叶切除术，观察两组患者术中失血量、并发症情况等并比较。 结果 观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(80.0%)明显高于对照组(60.0%)，且其术中失血量[(113.0±28.3)mL]明显低于对照组[(227.4±64.8)mL];观察组患者的术后并发症率(10.0%)也明显低于对照组(35.0%)，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 早期肺癌患者应用全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗临床效果显著，能够有效减少术中失血量，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of total thoracoscopic lobectomy on intraoperative blood loss and complication rate in patients with early stage lung cancer

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of total thoracoscopic lobectomy on intraoperative blood loss and complications in patients with early stage lung cancer. Methods A total of 40 patients with early stage lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the objects and they were randomly divided into observation group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery. Patients in the observation group underwent total thoracoscopic lobectomy. The intraoperative blood loss and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group (80.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.0%)， and the intraoperative blood loss [(113.0±28.3) mL] in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(227.4±64.8) mL]. The postoperative complication rate (10.0%) in the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group (35.0%)， and the difference between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Total thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with early lung cancer has significant clinical effect， which can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss during operation and has less postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
