卫生援疆中妇科临床教学模式的探讨,“师徒结对子”教学模式,基于问题式教学模式,临床路径教学模式
[摘要] 在卫生援疆中对受援单位医务人员临床能力的教育和培养极为重要,探索适合受援单位特点的教学模式是卫生援疆工作中的难点和重点。“师徒结对子”教学模式可调动年轻医生的积极性和学习主动性。PBL教学模式是以问题为中心,进行开放性、探索性的教学,有利于培养学生独立思考问题、理论联系实际、灵活运用知识方面的能力。CP式教学模式规范了教学流程,增强了教学内容的科学性及系统性,使教学过程简便有效,有助于临床医生实际工作能力的提升。[关键词] 卫生援疆;妇科;“师徒结对子”教学模式;基于问题式教学模式;临床路径教学模式
