[摘要] 目的 探讨手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术切口感染效果观察。 方法 自我院2017年6月～2018年6月行胃肠道手术患者中选择122例作为研究对象，按住院顺序单双号分为两组，单号61例患者实施常规护理模式为对照组，双号61例患者实施手术室护理护理干预为观察组，比较两组住院时间、费用、切口愈合级别与切口感染情况、护理满意度情况。 结果 观察组患者的住院时间及费用指标明显低于对照组，同时观察组切口愈合级别与切口感染情况也更为优良，护理满意度(91.80%)明显高于对照组(73.77%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 手术室护理干预应用于胃肠道手术患者，有利于患者术后切口的愈合，显著提高患者对细菌感染的抵抗率。
