[摘要] 目的 探讨伴高血脂的慢性牙周炎患者牙周治疗前后血脂水平变化情况。 方法 选择2018年1月～2019年3月在我院口腔科进行牙周基础治疗的80例慢性牙周炎伴高血脂患者为研究对象。对患者进行包括口腔卫生指导、龈上洁治、龈下刮治和根面平整等治疗，比较治疗前后PD、AL、PLI、BI 值;比较治疗前后TC、TG、HDL、LDL值。 结果 经过牙周基础治疗12周后，PD、AL、PLI、BI 值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。经过牙周基础治疗12周后，TC、TG、HDL均明显低于治疗前，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)，而LDL未发现明显改变(P>0.05)。 结论 伴高血脂的慢性牙周炎患者，经过牙周治疗后，其相关的血脂水平有明显改变，临床可根据血脂水平变化辅助临床治疗效果的判断。
