支持钢板与锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效比较(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨支持钢板与锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2016年3月～2018年3月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者62例为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，每组31例。对照组实施支持钢板治疗，观察组实施锁定钢板治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果及手术情况进行对比分析。 结果 观察组手术出血量、住院时间和骨折愈合时间优于對照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节治疗情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项并发症发生率低于对照组，两组并发症总发生率情况对比差异明显(P<0.05)。 结论 胫骨平台骨折患者实施锁定钢板治疗能降低术中出血量，缩短住院时间及骨折愈合时间，减少并发症发生率，有利于患者术后康复，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy comparison of support plate and locking plate in treatment of tibial plateau fractures

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of support plate and locking plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods Sixty-two patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group and the control group， with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given support plate treatment and the observation group was given locking plate treatment. Clinical efficacy and surgical condition of the two groups of patients were analyzed comparatively. Results The amount of surgical bleeding， length of hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were superior to those in the control group， with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The knee joint treatment condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group， with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidences of various complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The total incidences of complications were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of locking plate treatment in patients with tibial plateau fractures can reduce intraoperative bleeding amount， shorten length of hospital stay and reduce incidences of complications， which is conducive to postoperative recovery and worthy of clinical promotion.

胫骨平台骨折属于膝关节创伤中最常见的骨折之一，是严重的软组织损伤病症，胫骨平台骨折疾病对患者正常生活也会造成不利影响，会出现内外平台受外力不均的现象，易出现骨关节炎性改变，会降低患者的生活质量，在对患者临床治疗时，多数采取手术治疗的方式，对患者的症状改善存在着重要影响[1]。本研究以胫骨平台骨折患者为对象，探讨支持钢板与锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(汤学智 严胜军 卢水生 庄强)
