白内障合并睑板腺功能障碍患者行超声乳化术前睑板腺按摩对术后眼表的影响探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析白內障超声乳化术前睑板腺按摩对合并睑板腺功能障碍患者术后眼表的影响。 方法 选择2017年1月～2018年12月我院接受治疗的合并睑板腺功能障碍的白内障患者155例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(术前 1周每天行眼睑部热敷及睑板腺按摩)和对照组(不采取措施)，两组患者均行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术，比较两组患者的睑缘形态评分、睑板腺分泌物评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼部舒适度评分。结果 治疗后，研究组的睑缘形态评分(9.24±2.19)分、睑板腺分泌物评分(2.42±0.21)分、BUT(7.62±1.85)s、眼部舒适度评分(8.31±1.37)分，对照组睑缘形态评分(12.96±3.27)分、睑板腺分泌物评分(2.09±0.33)分、眼部舒适度评分(12.82±1.46)分、BUT(6.51±1.41)s，研究组患者各项评分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声乳化手术会使合并睑板腺功能障碍患者的睑板腺功能障碍加重，破坏眼表状态，术前对患者行睑板腺按摩能明显改善患者术后眼表状态。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of meibomian gland massage before phacoemulsification on the ocular surface of patients with cataract and meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods A total of 155 patients with cataract and meibomian gland dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into the study group(hot compress on eyelid and meibomian gland massage were conducted everyday 1 week before surgery) and the control group(no measures were taken) according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. The eyelid margin morphological scores， meibomian gland secretions scores， break-up time(BUT) and eye comfort scores were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， in the study group， the eyelid margin morphology score was(9.24±2.19) points， the meibomian gland secretions score was(2.42±0.21) points， the BUT was(7.62±1.85) seconds， and the eye comfort score was(8.31±1.37) points， while in the control group， the eyelid margin morphology score was (12.96±3.27) points， the meibomian gland secretions score was(2.09±0.33) points， the eye comfort score was(12.82±1.46) points， and the BUT was(6.51±1.41) seconds. The study group was better than the control group in the above scores， with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification can aggravate the meibomian gland dysfunction of patients with meibomian gland dysfunction and destroy the ocular surface condition.
