早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者满意度及生活能力的影响观察
[摘要] 目的 探討对脑卒中偏瘫患者采用早期康复护理干预的治疗效果及对患者生活能力的影响，观察患者对护理的满意度。 方法 随机选取2017年12月～2018年12月来我院就诊的86例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，按照患者的就诊时间将其分为对照组和实验组，各43例，对照组患者行基础常规护理，实验组患者则在此基础上行早期康复护理，观察两组患者生活质量评分、FMA评分、ADL评分以及护理满意度。 结果 不同护理干预后，实验组43例患者的生活质量(思维反应、社会健康、躯体健康、心理健康)及FMA和ADL评分分别为(75.39±10.12)分、(79.62±12.47)分、(79.25±14.65)分、(80.62±13.12)分、(67.31±9.81)分、(75.85±11.62)分，远高于对照组的(61.15±9.61)分、(65.12±11.26)分、(66.19±12.36)、(67.29±12.32)分、(38.45±9.68)分、(51.59±11.38)分。且其护理满意度为97.68%，远高于对照组的67.44%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者采用早期康复护理具有较好的临床效果，能有效提升患者对护理的满意度，对患者生活能力的改善程度也较高，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia and the impact on patients' ability to live， and to observe the patient's satisfaction with nursing. Results After different nursing interventions， the quality of life (thinking response， social health， physical health， and mental health) and FMA and ADL scores of the 43 patients in the experimental group were (75.39±10.12)， (79.62±12.47)， (79.25±14.65)， (80.62±13.12)， (67.31±9.81)， and (75.85±11.62) points， much higher than those in the control group [(61.15±9.61)， (65.12±11.26)， (66.19±12.36)， (67.29±12.32)， (38.45±9.68)， and (51.59±11.38) points]. And the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.68%， much higher than the 67.44% of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
