[摘要] 党支部书记是高校附属公立医院党支部的“领头羊”，对促进基层党组织建设质量和业务提升具有重要作用。但兼职党支部书记存在着“头雁”作用不突出，推动党建工作与医教研工作融合效果不明显等问题，需要积极探索新时代公立医院兼职党支部书记培育方式和路径。
