调脂消斑合剂联合西药治疗冠心病高脂血症患者的效果及对UA、Hcy的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討调脂消斑合剂联合西药治疗冠心病高脂血症患者的效果及对UA、Hcy的影响。 方法 选取我院冠心病高脂血症患者60例设为患者组，另选取同期健康体检者94例设为健康组;依据随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30)，对照组采取常规西医治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采取调脂消斑合剂。统计两组的中医证候积分及疗效、健康组、研究组及对照组治疗前及疗程结束后血脂、UA及Hcy水平，并分析UA及Hcy水平与冠心病高脂血症病情程度间关联性。 结果 (1)治疗后两组中医证候积分较治疗前降低，且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)，且研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)研究组、对照组治疗后血脂指标较治疗前改善，与健康组比较仍存在显著差异(P<0.05)，但差异缩小，而研究组与健康组无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)研究组、对照组治疗后UA及Hcy较治疗前降低，与健康组比较仍存在显著差异(P<0.05)，但差异明显缩小，而研究组与健康组无显著差异(P>0.05);(4)UA及Hcy与冠心病高脂血症病情存在正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 冠心病高脂血症患者UA及Hcy水平增高，与病情程度存在正相关关系，经西药联合调脂消斑合剂治疗可降低UA及Hcy血清含量，调节血脂水平。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Tiaozhixiaoban mixture in combination with western medicine on patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia and its effect on UA and Hcy. Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were selected as the patient group， and another 94 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group. The patient group was divided into the control group (n=30) and the study group (n=30) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine， and the study group was treated with Tiaozhixiaoban mixture on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The TCM syndrome scores and curative effects of the study group and control group， the blood lipid， UA， and Hcy levels of the healthy group， the study group and the control group before and after the course of treatment were analyzed， and the relevance of UA and Hcy levels and the degree of coronary heart disease hyperlipidemia were analyzed. Results (1)After treatment， the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the scores of the study group was lower than those of the control group (P<0.05)， and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). (2)After treatment， the blood lipid index of the study group and the control group improved compared with that before treatment， and there was still a significant difference compared with the healthy group(P<0.05)， but the difference narrowed. There was no significant difference between the study group and the healthy group(P>0.05). (3)After treatment， UA and Hcy in the study group and control group were lower than those before treatment.Compared with the healthy group， there was still a significant difference(P<0.05)， but the difference was significantly reduced. There was no significant difference between the study group and the healthy group(P>0.05). (4)There was a positive correlation between UA and Hcy and coronary heart disease hyperlipidemia(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of UA and Hcy in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia are increased， and they are positively correlated with severity of disease. The combination of western medicine and Tiaozhixiaoban mixture can reduce the serum levels of UA and Hcy and regulate blood lipid levels., 百拇医药(张颖 王忠良 陈思光)
