卡孕栓在宫腔镜电切术中扩张宫颈的应用及其 有效性分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨卡孕栓在宫腔镜电切术中扩张宫颈的应用及其有效性。 方法 选自2017年5月～2018年12月行宫腔镜电切手术患者60例，随机分为两组，对照组直接进行手术治疗，研究组进行卡孕栓联合手术治疗，比较两组宫颈扩张效果，术中出血量、手术时间及扩宫时间及并发症情况等。 结果 研究组患者的宫颈扩张效果優于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术中出血量、手术时间及扩宫时间均低于对照组，视野清晰度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者阴道出血、呕吐、恶心、腹泻、腹痛发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 宫腔镜电切手术患者使用卡孕栓，具有较好的宫颈扩张作用，同时安全性较高，用药方便，术前给药，有利于减少患者的宫颈损伤及不适感等并发症的发生，且提高手术视野清晰度，降低术中出血量，缩短手术时间及宫颈扩张时间，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of carboprost suppository in dilating cervix during hysteroscopic electrotomy. Methods 60 patients who underwent hysteroscopic electrosurgery from May 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received direct surgical treatment， while the study group received surgery combined with carboprost suppository. Then the cervical dilatation effects， intraoperative blood loss， operation time， uterine dilatation time and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The cervical dilatation effect in the patients of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss， operation time and uterine dilatation time of the patients in the study group were all lower than those in the control group， and their visual field clarity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of vaginal bleeding， vomiting， nausea， diarrhea and abdominal pain in the patients of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of carboprost suppository in patients undergoing hysteroscopic electrosurgery has a better effect of cervical dilatation， and it is safe and convenient. Preoperative administration of carboprost suppository greatly reduces complications such as cervical injury and discomfort of patients， significantly improves visual field clarity， lessens intraoperative blood loss， and obviously shortens operation time and cervical dilatation time， so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
