[摘要] 目的 探讨新产程管理模式下第二产程时限对母婴结局的影响。 方法 选择2018年1～12月在我院住院并按新产程标准处理产程的经阴道分娩的初产妇5256例，并根据第二产程持续时间(t)将其分为三组 ：0 h0.05)。 结论 采用新产程管理模式处理第二产程时，应及时识别异常产程及头盆关系，积极管理，最大限度减少母婴不良结局的发生。
