综合护理在老年急性白血病患者化疗中的护理效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究綜合护理在老年急性白血病患者化疗中的护理效果。 方法 选取2017年3月～2019年6月我院接收的老年急性白血病患者50例作为研究对象，抽签法分为观察组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理)，每组各25例，比较两组患者生存质量、治疗效果及不良反应。 结果 护理前两组生存质量比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组生理领域、社会领域、躯体领域与精神状态评分分别为(95.46±8.57)分、(93.24±8.12)分、(92.38±5.49)分和(96.42±8.07)分，均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.00%，明显高于对照组(76.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐1例，发热1例，未发生出血与肝肾功能损伤，不良反应总发生率为8.00%;对照组恶心呕吐2例，发热2例，出血3例，肝肾功能损伤1例，不良反应总发生率为32.00%，观察组总不良反应发生率较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 综合护理不仅能提高老年急性白血病患者生存质量和治疗效果，还能减少不良反应发生，具有较高的安全性，值得推荐。

[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy. Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with acute leukemia treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups using draw method， with 25 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive care， while the control group was given routine care. The quality of life， treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). The physical， social， physical and mental status scores of the observation group after nursing were(95.46±8.57) points， (93.24±8.12) points， (92.38±5.49) points and(96.42±8.07) points， respectively， which were significantly higher than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%， which was significantly higher than 76.00% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group， there was 1 case of nausea and vomiting and 1 case of fever， and there was no bleeding and liver and kidney function damage occurred， and the total incidence rate was 8.00%; in the control group， there were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting， 2 cases of fever， 3 cases of bleeding， 1 case of liver and kidney damage， and the total incidence rate was 32.00%， the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can both improve the quality of life of elderly patients with acute leukemia， and can the treatment effect， and can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
