    [摘要] 目的 探讨高职院校职业安全教育现状，为护理职业安全教育教学的改革和完善提供参考。 方法 采用质性研究方法，自2020年5月～2020年6月分别对某高职院校8名护理教师、实习医院5名临床帶教老师及16名高职实习护生进行护理职业安全教育现状的半结构式访谈，Colaizzi七步分析法整理分析访谈资料。 结果 经分析提炼为三个主题：(1)高职护生护理职业安全知识学习兴趣不高;(2)高职实习护生职业安全行为影响因素主要包括教师教学能力、护生层面(学习能力、社交能力、临床护理技能熟练程度、性别等)及实习工作环境;(3)高职护理职业安全教育存在不足。 结论 高职护理职业安全教育尚需深入研究。应基于高职护生学习需求，科学设置课程，以提高高职护生职业防护能力。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the status quo of nursing occupational safety education in higher vocational colleges， and to provide reference for the reform and improvement of nursing occupational safety education and teaching.
