    [摘要] 探讨儿童胃溃疡的临床特点及与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性，加强对儿童巨大胃溃疡的认识。对1例以腹痛、呕吐为主要临床表现，经胃镜检查、幽门螺杆菌检测及取胃黏膜活检HE染色后，确诊为胃溃疡患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患儿，6岁5月龄，男，因腹痛、呕吐2 d入院，确诊为胃窦巨大溃疡;予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾、奥美拉唑等治疗后，患儿症状体征好转。儿童消化道溃疡致病因素具有多样性，与幽门螺杆菌密切相关;其临床表现不典型，易漏诊、误诊;如早确诊，“三联”及正规治疗，预后好。

    [Abstract] To explore the clinical characteristics of gastric ulcer in children and its correlation with Helicobacter pylori infection， and to strengthen the understanding of giant gastric ulcer in children. The clinical data of a child with abdominal pain， vomiting as the main clinical manifestations who was diagnosed with gastric ulcer after gastroscopy， Helicobacter pylori detection and gastric mucosal biopsy with HE staining were retrospectively analyzed.
