    [摘要] 目的 探讨网约护士上门服务真实的心理体验，为深入推进“互联网+”护理服务提供参考依据。 方法 采用现象学研究方法对2019年10月～2020年4月在宁波市云医院平台上接单完成上门服务的网约护士进行面对面的半结构深度访谈，以分析网约护士实施“互联网+”产后护理项目的体验感受及支持需求。 结果 本研究对10位在宁波市三甲医院产科工作的网约护士进行深入访谈，通过分析、整理和提炼主题，获得网约护士对“互联网+”产后护理项目的服务体验，可归纳为3个主题：①同时存在积极心理体验和负性心理体验;②负性心理的影响因素主要来自护理组织氛围;③产褥期产妇及家庭的上门服务需求较大。 结论 管理者应充分认识网约护士的负性心理体验，重视积极心理体验的培养，挖掘产后护理项目上门服务需求，提升和拓展产科护士的专业价值。
