    [摘要] 目的 評价Gamma3髓内钉在股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗中的应用效果，为临床手术治疗提供参考依据。 方法 选择我院2016年8月～2019年6月收治的106例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者均有手术治疗指征，根据手术方式不同分为Gamma3髓内钉手术治疗组(观察组)和抗旋型股骨近端髓内钉手术治疗组(对照组)，每组各53例。观察两组患者的手术指标及术后并发症，通过术后随访对髋关节功能进行评价。 结果 观察组患者术中出血量、住院时间、术后负重时间及骨折愈合时间均少于对照组(P0.05)。 结论 Gamma3髓内钉在股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗中具有重要的应用价值，可进一步提高临床治疗效果，促进患者术后恢复，且术后并发症少，安全性高，可在临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of Gamma3 intramedullary nail in the surgical treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures， and to provide a reference for clinical surgical treatment. Methods The 106 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted in our hospital between August 2016 and June 2019 were selected as the research objects. All patients had indications for surgical treatment and were classified into Gamma3 intramedullary nail surgical treatment group(observation group) and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation surgery group(control group) according to different surgical methods ......
