    [摘要] 随着现代医疗卫生事业的不断发展，临床医学教育受到了社会各界的广泛关注，尤其是医学教育认证的出台，更是为医科院校专业人才培养创造了有利契机。作为临床医学专业极为重要的学科，麻醉学由基础医学与临床医学相结合，涉及到药理、生理、人体解剖以及临床麻醉、疼痛诊疗等多个方面，对学生理论知识及实践能力有着较高的要求。本文介绍了医学教育认证及麻醉学教学特点，并结合当前麻醉学教学存在的问题，提出了教学改革策略，以期为相关教育工作者提供参考。
