    [摘要] 目的 探讨营养护理导航对造血干细胞移植患者营养状况变化的影响。 方法 选取2017年6月～2019年6月在本院血液科行造血干细胞移植患者130例，对照组按照传统的营养护理，而研究组按照营养护理导航进行护理。比较两组间的体重、体质量指数、腹围、清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮等营养指标。 结果 营养护理导航的研究组在造血干细胞移植后第2周在体重、体质量指数、清蛋白、血肌酐指标分别为(60.67±11.64)kg、(21.88±4.07)kg/m2、(35.10±3.78)g/L、(47.78±11.23)μmol/L，对照组分别为(56.34±12.56)kg、(20.53±3.66)kg/m2、(33.66±4.32)g/L、(43.51±13.12)μmol/L，两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 营养护理导航有助于改善造血干细胞移植患者的营养状况。
