低温等离子髓核成形术在治疗椎间盘突出症中的研究进展

    [摘要] 椎间盘突出症是目前较为常见的疾患之一,患者主要以颈、胸、腰椎等部位间盘突出导致疼痛、放射痛的临床症状为首诊,在保守治疗效果欠佳的前提下,传统手术与微创手术之间的取舍与结合,对患者术后症状的预期改善,就显得尤为重要。低温等离子髓核成形术是以低温等离子消融术为核心,采用常规椎间盘造影入路,在较低温度下直接汽化髓核组织,使其在微创状态下实现相对安全精确的椎间盘的减压和成形。现已较为广泛的运用于临床微创手术的选择中,展现出良好的运用前景。但近几年也有相关文献提及低温等离子髓核成形术术后随访中复发率及再次手术率较高。本文综合近年来有关文献,概述低温等离子髓核成形术在治疗椎间盘突出症中的研究进展与应用利弊。

    [Abstract] Disc herniation is one of the more common diseases at present. Patients are mainly diagnosed with clinical symptoms such as cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine disc herniation leading to pain and radiation pain at first visit. Under the premise that the conservative treatment is not effective, the choice and combination of traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgery is particularly important for the expected improvement of patients' postoperative symptoms.
