    [摘要] 目的 探讨阿戈美拉汀与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床效果比较。 方法 选择2019年1—12月在我院诊断治疗的抑郁症患者60例为研究对象，随机分为A组与B组，每组各30例，A组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗，B组采用文拉法辛治疗。治疗4周后，评价两组HAMD评分、生活质量及不良反应情况。 结果 治疗后，两组HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 阿戈美拉汀与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症均有较好的临床疗效，阿戈美拉汀治疗后患者HAMD评分更低，生活质量改善更显著，不良反应少。

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect between agomelatine and venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.
