    [摘要] 目的 探讨CRRT治疗ICU脓毒症患者的临床效果。 方法 选择2019年1-12月在我院ICU治疗的脓毒症患者60例的临床资料进行分析，30例采用CRRT治疗为观察组，30例未行CRRT治疗为对照组。比较两组治疗前及治疗1周后APACHEⅡ评分、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、Scr、BUN水平;比较两组械通气时间、ICU入住时间、患者转归情况。 结果 ①治疗后两组APACHEⅡ评分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 CRRT治疗ICU脓毒症可降低炎症因子水平，改善肾功能，缓解病情，改善预后。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of CRRT in patients with ICU sepsis.
