    [摘要] 目的 探讨帕洛诺司琼联合沙利度胺治疗顺铂方案所致恶心呕吐的疗效及安全性。 方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年9月我院就诊的104例癌症含顺铂方案化疗所致的恶心呕吐患者为研究对象，所有患者随机分为两组，对照组使用帕洛诺司琼治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用沙利度胺口服治疗，比较两組患者4周期和6周期的恶心、呕吐发生率和两组不良反应发生情况。 结果 对照组化疗4周期恶心反应发生率(78.00%)高于研究组(59.26%)，对照组化疗6周期恶心反应发生率(90.00%)高于研究组(75.93%)，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 帕洛诺司琼联合沙利度胺治疗顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐疗效更好，且未观察到相关药物不良反应增加的风险，安全可靠。
