    [摘要] 肿瘤免疫技术昂贵的治疗费用是其在基层单位推广的首要障碍。如何发挥针灸“简便效廉”的优势，将其作为肿瘤免疫抑制微环境正向调控的补充替代方案，合理介入中晚期恶性肿瘤患者“带瘤生存”的过程中，维持机体相对“阴平阳秘”状态，有重要的临床实践意义。miRNA深度参与了肝癌等恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程，又因其具有多层次、多靶点性的特征，较为适合阐释针灸效应机制，可尝试作为研究针灸改善肿瘤免疫功能的利器。目前已有一定数量的文献表明，针灸具有改善肿瘤免疫功能及微环境的能力;探索针灸与miRNA间相互作用原理的文献亦层出不穷。故本文尝试对以上内容进行概述，以肝癌作为研究载体，在课题组前期研究的基础上，分析针灸维持患者“带瘤生存”状态的应用潜力。

    [Abstract] The expensive cost of treatment for tumor immune technology is the primary obstacle of its promotion in grass-roots institutions. It is of great clinical practical significance in how to give full play to the advantages of "simple procedures yet cost-effective efficacy" in acupuncture and moxibustion， adopting it as a supplementary alternative to the positive regulation of the tumor immunosuppression microenvironment， reasonably intervening in the process of "survival with tumor" in patients with advanced malignant tumors， and maintaining the body's relative state of "dynamic balance of yin and yang". miRNA is deeply involved in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors such as liver cancer.
